Bike Parts App – Find the Right Derailleur Hanger
The Bike Parts page connects you to the BikeOffice Bike Parts app, a dedicated tool for finding the correct derailleur hanger (in Swedish: växelöron) for a bike.
What it does
The derailleur hanger is the small replaceable bracket that connects the rear derailleur to the frame. There are hundreds of shapes, and fitting the wrong one is a common, costly mistake. The Bike Parts app helps you match a bike to its correct hanger.
Why it matters
A mis-ordered hanger means a return, a delay and an unhappy customer. Getting it right the first time keeps repairs moving and stock accurate.
How to use it
- Select Bike Parts in your BikeOffice menu (or open the Bike Parts page).
- Select Download our app to find the right derailleur hanger (iOS) to install the BikeParts Derailleur Finder app on an iPhone or iPad.
- Open the app and follow its prompts to identify the hanger for the customer's bike.
- For more background and help, select More information on BikeOffice, which opens the BikeOffice website's Bike Parts page.

- The dedicated finder app is currently available for iOS (iPhone/iPad).
