Warranty and Returns (Reklamationer)

The Returns / Warranty (Reklamationer) page gathers the correct claims route for each supplier in one place. When a part fails or a delivery is damaged, you go here instead of searching each supplier's website for their claims form.

What it does

The page lists every supplier that has a warranty or returns process set up. For each one, selecting the card sends you to the right place:

  • Some suppliers open a claims web page or portal where you fill in the details.
  • Others open a pre-addressed warranty email, sometimes with a subject line and a template already filled in, so you only add the specifics.

Why it matters

Warranty claims get rejected or delayed when they go to the wrong address or miss required details (like a frame number or the exact article number of the failed part). Having the correct, sometimes pre-filled, route for each supplier means claims are filed correctly the first time — saving your shop time and getting the customer sorted faster.

How to file a claim, step by step

  1. Select Reklamationer (Returns) in the menu, or the Warranty / Guarantee case (Reklamation / Garantiärende) shortcut on the Counter or Workshop page.
  2. Find the supplier — scroll, or use the search box to search by title or description.
  3. Select the supplier's card.
  4. Depending on the supplier, either:
    • a claims page opens in a new tab — fill in the form and submit it, or
    • a new email opens, pre-addressed (and sometimes pre-filled) — complete the details and send it.

Before you start a claim

Have the key details ready, because most suppliers require them:

  • The frame number (ramnummer) and/or bike model.
  • The article number of the failed part (for example a control box or motor) — many forms cannot be submitted without it.
  • A short description of the problem.

Individual supplier cards often note exactly what that supplier needs — read the note on the card before you begin.
