Product data from your suppliers, ready to use

We connect to the suppliers' APIs, clean up the data and place it in your POS and your webshop.

One feed instead of twenty price lists

A bike shop rarely buys from a single supplier. One sends a price list in Excel, the next has a portal login, the third keeps a folder of images. Every new article means someone sitting there copying fields by hand.

We remove that step. Where the supplier offers an API we connect to it and fetch the product data straight from the source, in the format the supplier publishes it in.

Then we translate it into your structure: your categories, your article numbers, your pricing rules. What reaches the POS and the web is therefore not the supplier's raw file but finished data that fits where it belongs.

What we fetch

What is available differs between suppliers, but the backbone is the same.

Article numbers and EAN codes, so an item can be matched against what you already have.
Names and specifications in structured fields rather than free text.
Images at the resolution the supplier publishes.
Price lists and stock status, with your terms applied.

How the data lands correctly

Fetching is the easy part. The work lies in making the data land in the right place.

We match against your existing register so nothing is created twice.
We normalise fields and units so the same thing is called the same thing.
We place items in your category structure with the right filter values.

From there the data moves on to the POS and to the webshop. You keep working in the systems you already have; it is the content that changes.

Data straight from the supplier's API instead of retyped price lists.
The same information in the POS and on the web.
New articles can be added without anyone copying fields.

You choose the suppliers and the range – we make sure the data follows.

The suppliers we pull data from

One page per supplier, covering what their data holds and which gap it fills in your range. If your supplier is missing from the list, a connection is usually still possible.
