Grade one product page instantly

Paste the link to a product page and get a percentage score on screen — seventeen checks, free to run as many times as you like.

Best results: test a bike, an accessory and a spare part — different page types often score differently. Some things, such as whether the copy is taken from the supplier, need comparison against other shops and are part of the full store check.

Questions about Product Page Check

What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no account and no login, and you can run as many product pages as you like. We sell PIM and product copy to bike shops — Product Page Check exists to show what can actually be measured on a product page.
What does the score measure?
The page is scored across seven areas: copy, optimised copy, images, technical foundations, speed, links and product data. Behind those sit about twenty individual checks — among them at least 300 words of your own, exactly one H1, a page title of 25–70 characters, a meta description of 70–160 characters, at least five product images with alt text and descriptive filenames, modern image formats, Product schema, an EAN or article number, and price and stock status visible on the page.
Does it work on any webshop?
Yes. The check runs against the published page exactly as a search engine sees it, so the platform makes no difference — WooCommerce, Abicart, Shopify or anything else. The page only has to be publicly reachable, not password-protected or in a staging mode.
What does the keyword field do?
It is optional. If you give a keyword we additionally check whether it actually appears where it does any good: in the H1, in the body copy and in at least one image alt text. Without a keyword those checks are skipped and the score is calculated on the rest.
What does a low score mean?
Usually that the page uses the supplier's own text and images, just like every other shop selling the same article. Google then has no reason to pick your page over anyone else's. What lifts the score most is original copy, complete images with alt text, and correct product data.
What's the difference from Store Check?
Product Page Check measures a single product page and answers on the spot. Store Check is a manual review of your whole range online — you request it with your web address and the report arrives by email by the next working day.
