How much does BikeOffice cost?
Entry costs SEK 349 per month and Base SEK 895 per month, excluding VAT. Plus costs SEK 1,495 per month and is set up together with us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days. You create the account for free and start the trial on Entry or Base under Your plan in the app. Payment is handled by card through Stripe.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The subscription runs month to month, and you change or cancel your package directly in the app.
What is included in Entry?
Product search across more than 130,000 items from several suppliers at once, with AI search, supplier stock levels and a direct link to the supplier, photo search for derailleur hangers (300+ models), your own price list, the Sign maker and unlimited document and copy cards without ads.
What is included in Base?
Everything in Entry, plus a platform set up for your shop, product search with your own price lists, customer messages with speech-to-text, stocktaking, e-bike manuals with error codes and exploded diagrams, and photo search for e-bike displays.
How do I get started with Plus?
Plus adds automatic goods receipts from every supplier and a connection to your webshop. The features exist in BikeOffice but are connected per shop, so Plus is not started in the app. Get in touch and we will set it up for you.
