About the platform
What is BikeOffice?
BikeOffice is a Swedish software platform for bike shops, built by Hermodex – founders who run a bike shop of their own. The platform gathers the shop's administration in one web-based tool: Product Search queries all your suppliers at once with live stock and prices, Storefront publishes your entire range online and keeps stock and prices updated automatically, and the AI tools identify the right derailleur hanger from a photo among 300+ models and write search-optimised product texts. BikeOffice requires no installation – everything runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and mobile, and connects to POS systems such as Nutid and to your existing web shop.
Storefront comes in three tiers – Bas, Pro and Enterprise – and a free trial is included. For the workshop there is also Bike Parts, an iOS app that identifies derailleur hangers from a photo and scans barcodes, plus collected manuals, exploded diagrams and error codes for e-bike motors from Bosch, Yamaha, Bafang and more.
