Your Starweb shop and the till in step

We build the link between the system you sell in over the counter and the shop your customers buy from online.

A Swedish platform that deserves the right data

Starweb is built for Swedish retail, with the payment methods, shipping options and rules that apply here. That makes it easy to get going, which is why the webshop is rarely the problem.

The problem sits in the stretch back to the shop. An article is created once in the till and again on the web, prices change before anyone moves them across, and the stock figure online becomes a guess nobody quite trusts.

We build the link between the systems and run it for you. You carry on working as you do today, and the web keeps up without anyone having to remember it.

What we connect

Four flows that can be switched on one at a time, in whichever order suits you. Whatever you would rather handle by hand stays out of it.

Articles are published to Starweb from your own register or straight from supplier price lists.
Prices follow your rules for margin, campaigns and agreements, and never change unless you decided so.
Stock is mirrored from the till, so what shows online is also on the shelf.
Orders from the web land in your system and add up with sales over the counter.

How the link works

We work against Starweb’s interfaces and your suppliers’ files. Articles are matched on article number or EAN, and anything without a safe match goes to a list a person reviews rather than being guessed.

Supplier imports over API, FTP or file, covering new articles, changed prices and discontinued goods.
Scheduled runs with a log of what changed and why.
The article register is cleaned along the way and kept right on every run.

We run the integration for you. Add a supplier or change a pricing rule and we rebuild that part, instead of handing over a tool for you to learn.

If you sell bikes

For a bike shop this is more than a pipe between two systems. We maintain product data for the trade’s suppliers and can fill your Starweb shop with a range you would never have had time to enter.

Bikes, parts and accessories with specifications, images and EAN in place.
Product copy written by people who work in a workshop, not translated supplier sheets.
Categories and filters shaped around a bike range, built or reworked together with you.
Prices and stock that hold without a second check.
Supplier imports instead of manual entry.
A managed integration with support, not a project you inherit.

You run the shop; we make sure Starweb knows what happens in it.
