One search instead of ten tabs

Finding out where a part is in stock is rarely difficult, just slow. Every supplier has its own site, its own login and its own logic for part numbers, and the answer requires you to run the same search again and again. Product Search inverts that and puts the question to all your suppliers at once, so you get a single combined result list instead of several separate answers you have to reconcile yourself.

Stock and price in the same view

Results come back with stock levels, price and availability, which is what actually drives the decision. The difference from opening each supplier separately is that the comparison is already done by the time you look. You can see immediately who has the part on the shelf and what it costs, rather than holding three numbers in your head while switching tabs.

Most valuable while the customer waits

The time saving is most obvious at the counter. A customer asking for a specific part wants to know two things: is it available, and when can I have it. With a single combined search you can answer while they are still standing there instead of promising to call back. Across a working week it is the repeated search, not any individual one, that adds up.

Frequently asked questions

Does it search all of my suppliers?
The search runs against the suppliers connected to your account. Which ones are available depends on your BikeOffice setup.
Do I see stock levels and prices in the results?
Yes. Each result shows stock level, price and availability at the respective supplier, so the comparison can be made directly in the list.
How much time does it actually save?
The benefit is that the same search runs once instead of once per supplier. It is that repetition, several times a day, that grows into hours over a week.
