Radera ditt konto i BikeOffice-appen.
You can delete your account for the BikeOffice app (by Hermodex) in two ways:
- In the app: open Settings and tap Delete account.
- On this page: enter the email address of your account below. We send you a 6-digit code to confirm that the account is yours, then delete it.
This also works for accounts created with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple — use the email address shown on that account.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name and user ID.
- The product catalog file you uploaded, and its column mapping.
- Your hanger-search history and the subscription status linked to your account.
- Settings and other data stored for your account in BikeOffice.
What is kept
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store. These are kept by Google and Apple under their own policies, not by us.
- Usage analytics (PostHog) linked to your account. To have these erased as well, email [email protected] from the account's email address and we delete them within 30 days.
