Welcome to Bike Parts Finder! By downloading or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Bike Parts Finder provides barcode scanning with catalog lookup, Label Mode for batch scanning, and AI-powered derailleur hanger visual search for the Swedish bicycle parts market. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app for personal and commercial purposes within your bike shop or workshop. You agree not to misuse the app or access it in any way that could damage its functionality.
2. Accuracy of Results
The barcode lookup and derailleur hanger identification features surface the most likely matches from a curated catalog, but they are provided as an aid only. Hanger identification in particular relies on visual similarity and may return imperfect matches. You are responsible for verifying that any part, reference, or hanger is correct before purchasing, fitting, or relying on it. We are not liable for damage or losses resulting from an incorrect match.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All design, code, graphics, machine learning models, and content within Bike Parts Finder are the exclusive property of Motion Apps or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, logos, the product catalog, and any visual or interactive elements within the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without express written permission.
4. User Content and Data
Any photos you capture, barcodes you scan, and lists you build remain on your device. We do not access, store, or share your content.
